RETURN POLICY
-You may return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Please note all clearance sales are final.
-Before returning an item, please contact us at returns@redeemedthreads.com with reason for return, and you will receive a return authorization number.
-Items must be returned in the same condition you received them, with packing slip and authorization number. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note indicating: your name, address, the items you are returning, authorization number and any other pertinent information.
-Returns without a receipt or items purchased with gift cards, gift receipts, credits and award certificates, will be refunded as merchandise credit.
-Customers are responsible for return postage. Shipping charge is not refundable except on orders that we shipped incorrectly.
-If a domestic customer elects to exchange an item(s) for a different size or style, you have to return the item to us at your own cost and we will pay the postage to ship the replacement (this free exchange shipping is limited to one time exchange only). International customers will be charged the shipping cost for the exchange.
-Please note that sale prices or coupons do not apply to your exchange items.
